Once your payment is confirmed, you should receive an email from Joyful Prints containing your download links.

If you don’t receive the email, you can find your downloads in your Joyful Prints 

HOW TO PRINT YOUR DIGITAL CARD:
(you will also receive these instructions with your purchase)

• Load 8.5″ x 11″ paper into your printer, ideally cardstock (if your printer accepts it) or heavyweight paper

• Before printing, ensure the print setting is set to “actual size” or “100%” (or something similar; you don’t want the print to be scaled up or down)

• Also before printing, make sure you’re printing in full color and at your highest-quality print setting

• Print, then cut and fold according to instructions. Now you have a greeting card!

Instant download items don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact the seller about any problems with your order.

Please note that, due to our production and shipping process, we are unable to include gift messages in orders.

We have turned off the gift message feature, but if you include a gift message in the note to seller box at checkout, we will contact you to let you know that we are unable to include a gift message.

If you need to cancel, you are able to do so within 24 hours of order placement.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates and do not offer refunds if an item does not arrive by a certain date. However, we are happy to advise on whether or not the desired delivery date is feasible based on standard production and shipping times.

Digital files are provided in PDF and JPG formats and should be openable on all devices. You will need a connected printer or access to a print shop in order to print the digital files.
